Refund policy

Returns are accepted for jewelry in unworn condition 14 days after customer receives. 

To return, please use a bubble mailer, can reuse original mailer, not paper envelope, and return to the address on the mailer. You may also contact the shop for the return address.

Purchase ground advantage shipping as it comes with tracking. 

Please allow up to 10 for a return to process on your account.
